Gary Battle is the President and Founder of Benefits Tower Brokers, a firm he established in 2012 after 15 years in the corporate world at Aetna and five years at a boutique firm. Since 1995, Gary has worked across the life and health insurance landscape, holding a license in 15 states. Early in his career, Gary was an athlete and graduated from the University of New Haven, which sparked his passion for helping others understand their value and protect it, particularly in life, health, dental, and prescription benefits. Alongside his wife, who serves as Vice President, Gary focuses on serving union groups, municipal labor organizations, and smaller corporate clients. As a family deeply rooted in sports, they understand firsthand the importance of safeguarding their children’s futures as they earn scholarships nationwide. At Benefits Tower Brokers, Gary and his team are dedicated to ensuring every client, big or small, has the clarity and protection they need for a secure future.

Tanya Battle
Tanya Battle is the Vice President of Business Development at Benefits Tower Brokers, bringing more than 20 years of success in corporate leadership and business development. Before joining Benefits Tower Brokers, she built a strong career with respected organizations, including SL Green (Emerge212), Regus (IWG), Equinox Corporate Division, The Setai, and CLAY. At CLAY, she played a pivotal role in the startup process, helping build and market a multifaceted company from the ground up.
Her leadership experience includes roles as Corporate Sales Director, Sales and Marketing Director, Corporate Sales Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Media, all based in New York City. Throughout these positions, Tanya developed a strong reputation for driving growth, leading teams, and creating value through strategic client relationships and operational excellence. She also specialized in Brand Management and developing brand partnerships with strong synergy.
At Benefits Tower Brokers, Tanya plays a central role in the client management process, helping to build trusted partnerships and deliver thoughtful, effective solutions. She also holds Health and Life Insurance licenses, adding another layer of expertise to her client-focused approach.
Tanya earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, where she studied English, Sociology, and Sports Management and competed in basketball at the powerhouse University of Miami program. Her background as a student-athlete reflects the discipline, drive, and competitive spirit that continue to define her career.

Farrah Le
Farrah Le is a dedicated service professional with over 29 years of experience in service administration and sales. Currently serving as a Customer Service Administrator at Benefits Tower Brokers, she brings four years of focused expertise in benefits administration and client support. Earlier in her career, she served as a Brand Ambassador for a well-known medical imaging company and as the Manager of a holistic clinic, experiences that deepened her commitment to client care and her ability to lead with purpose. A Florida native, Farrah is known for her patient, solutions-driven approach and her genuine commitment to helping others navigate their needs with care and confidence. Whether working one-on-one with clients or supporting a broader team, she brings the same steady dedication and warmth to everything she does.
